With an extensive expertise in investment and management, Mohamed Fares, Tharawat Investments Chairman and CEO, has overseen and managed several successful investment projects in his leadership capacity for more than 30 years. Mr. Fares was Raya Group executive team member during 1998 and 2014 and has a track record of strategic achievements, among which are managing the merger of seven local IT companies to become conglomerate of Raya Group and establishing ten diverse lines of business in a wide range of industries, including information technology, distribution, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and real estate development. He also held the positions of Raya Trade CEO, Raya Lease Chairman & CEO while overseeing the Group’s spin offs and acquisition transactions as Raya Group CFO.

With a solid experience in Investment analysis and project finance, Mr Ahmed Hosni enjoys an impeccable record of strategic achievements in the fields of investment, food & beverages as well as trading & distribution. Mr. Hosni has been the Director of Finance for Sky Distribution since 2007, and held various financial management positions with Sama Trading, El Motaheda Co. for Trade & Construction, Berain Water Company and Agro Land International Co. for Trade & Distribution.

Currently the CEO Nile Fruits Group SAE since Oct 1999, and The Chairman of Namaa Investments Holding RPZ since March 2014. Mr. Ashraf has a wide experience in investment and the food manufacturing business in Egypt and the region. Previously holding the position of CEO, Summit Investments Holding AS, he has overseen and managed several successful investment projects in his leadership capacity.
